President Barack Obama discusses immigration overhaul efforts in a speech at American University on Thursday.
"You could put tens of thousands of agents on the border and not be able to secure it. The fences are a joke. The flow is far too great. The solution is to stop hiring people without documents, slow the flow, then secure the border. But, that will never happen, because the U.S. Chamber of Commerce doesn't want it."
