Credit cut -- Added 63 days and subtracted $3.9 million from its contract with Mapp Construction to build a new emergency operations building, citing a sales tax credit on a subcontractor's materials purchase.
Sewer work -- Chose BLD Services for two sewer contracts, one for emergency repair, reconstruction and cleaning at a cost of almost $1.7 million and the other to fix lift stations for one year at a cost of more than $3.9 million.
Drainage work -- Picked Meyer Engineers for two contracts to improve drainage in Terrytown and along Midway Drive in River Ridge for $782,309.
JeffCap properties -- Added $1.3 million to a $906,000 contract with Leader Construction Inc. to weatherize JeffCAP properties. JeffCAP received additional grants to pay for the work.
Stone sold -- Added $450,000 to a $500,000 contract with Pontchartrain Materials Corp. for a two years' supply limestone and crushed concrete for street work.
Oil cleanup -- Chose Oil Mop for emergency oil and chemical clean-up operations at a cost of no more than $300,000.
