- The Jefferson Parish Planning Advisory Board meets Thursday at 5 p.m. in Elmwood. On the agenda are four cases from Old Jefferson, River Ridge and Metairie, including plans for Bobby Hebert's Cajun Cannon at 4101 Veterans Memorial Blvd.
