If a bar owner is allowing illegal activity in a bar such as drug trafficking, then I agree they should lose their license. However, if two bar patrons get into a fight in the bar or the parking lot, how is that the owners fault? Call the police. It's their job to handle situations such as that. The owner can bar these people from returning, but who expects them to get in to the middle of a fight?
