Gov. Bobby Jindal has appointed Richard Indovina Jr. of River Ridge to the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy, the governor's office said today. Indovina is district pharmacy supervisor for the Walgreen's chain and was one of five people newly named to the board. - Clovis Burch of Shreveport, owner and manager of Medic Pharmacy, Inc.
- Ryan Dartez of Youngsville, president and owner of Teche Drugs Inc. and Pharmacy Business Consulting.
- Pam Geoghagan Reed of Baton Rouge, pharmacy area manager for Wal-Mart in Baton Rouge.
- Deborah Simonson of New Orleans, director of pharmacy at Ochsner Medical Institutions.
The 17-member board regulates the practice of pharmacy in the state.
