Hundreds of people protested President Barack Obama's health care reform bill Aug. 22, 2009, in Metairie. "The Obama administration's mandate ... forces all employers, regardless of religious or moral convictions, to provide abortion-inducing drugs through their health plans," Graham said.
"Religious freedom is essential to a free society. Institutions and private businesses should not violate their consciences by complying with Obamacare."
